From time to time, the City of Edgerton advertises for public bids to remove an item from the city’s inventory or to purchase an item or obtain a service. Advertising these processes results in an equal opportunity for everyone who is interested in providing a product or service, or in purchasing an item that is being removed from city inventory. It also ensures that the City is adhering to its high standards of fiduciary responsibility by obtaining all products and services at the best possible price.

In addition to being published in two paid-circulation newspapers of general circulation within the City of Edgerton, those Public Notices for Bids or Requests for Proposals will be posted in this section of this website.  The City of Edgerton is seeking bids for the following.

Notice of Bid

The city of Edgerton Missouri is accepting bids for electrical work in the city park.

The scope of work can be obtained at the Edgerton City Hall located at 400 Frank St or by emailing amybledsoe@cityofedgerton.org.

Bids will be accepted until June 12, 2024 @ 3:30pm.

The city of Edgerton, Missouri reserves the right to reject any and / or all bids and will do what is best for the city.
